"I met Rich at a What Makes The Difference workshop on neurodivergence in veterans.  I was struggling with my own complex trauma and late ND diagnosis but masking it well from others.  I was hitting rock bottom more and more and knew I needed help.  I'd sought help threw the normal NHS channels (had some CBT through work which didn't work for me) however they only offered a "one size fits all approach" which was not suitable for me.
